Those pricings do not include workshops/events. Single sessions are welcome to all our classes, pre-registration is required before arriving to Athletic Playground! Each participant should have their own account.

Higher tier class packages/memberships can be used toward classes in lower pricing tiers.

For example, a Tier 4 class package/membership, can be used for classes in all of the tiers and a Tier 3 class package/membership can be used for Tiers 1-3.


You can reschedule online up to 2 hours before class start time with no charge.

Note that schedule and rates may change without notice.


Please register at least 24 hours before class/open play start time, if we have low attendance, classes/open play sessions might get canceled 4-24 hours before class/open play start time. Please make sure to pre-register before arriving to Athletic Playground.

Note for previous COVID-19 members/participants: We are slowly opening up for in-person enrollment offerings, we are not quite ready to offer membership style format as we use to have. If you purchased packages/memberships pre-COVID-19 that have not been used and the expiration date is later than March 16th, 2020, please email us and we can convert them into credit toward other offerings. We are considering offering some membership style classes starting 2022.

Getting Started

I am new, how do I get started?

Step 1: Make an account and fill out a waiver (for each participant)

Step2: Sign up for a class in advance (at-least 10 minutes before class start time)

Can I sign up when I get to Athletic Playground?

No, everyone is required to sign a waiver and reserve a spot in class before showing up to Athletic Playground. If you are having issues, please email us for assistance in advance.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes that you can move in. No jewelry, buttons or zippers for classes using aerial fabrics.

What should I bring?

Non-glass water bottle, mask, proof of vaccination (if the class says *Vax Only*)

Can I try a class for free?

We don't offer free classes. Single sessions are welcome.

What should I do if I or my child have Covid or Covid symptoms?

If you or your child have Covid or Covid symptoms - Please don't come to Athletic Playground! You may reschedule your classes online up to 2 hours before class start time with no charge.

Pricing

Can I use my class package/membership toward different classes?

Yes, you can use your class package/membership for any classes in that pricing tier or lower tiers.

I am interested in classes in two different tiers, which class package/membership should I buy?

You can either buy the higher tier class package/membership to use toward all your classes, or buy two or more separate packages/memberships for each tier.

How do I cancel my membership?

After a minimum of 3 months you may cancel the membership with 14 days advance notice submitted via email to frontdesk@tapgym.com.

Can I share class packages/memberships with my child or another person?

Yes, you can! Please email us us in advance which names on the accounts you would like to link, so we can create a pricing relationship between the accounts.

Can those pricing be used toward workshops?

No. Classes and workshops are different from each other. Each workshop has it's own pricing and cancellation policies that are separate from the tier pricings.

Can I extend my class package?

Yes, it costs $15 for every additional 30 days from the date of the expiration.

Examples:

If you purchased a package that expires on 12/1/22, you can pay $15 to extend the package to 12/31/22.

If you have a membership with classes that expired on 3/1/22, you can pay an extra $15 to extend the classes to 3/21/22.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds. You may share the class package with another person. Email us for assistance.

I need to cancel the class I signed up for, how do I do that?

You can cancel up to 2 hours before class start time with no charge. If you cancel less than 2 hours before class start time you will still be charged. If you are having a difficult time cancelling online, email us at least 2 hours before class start time.

I have exhausted the classes on my membership and want to take more classes before my next scheduled payment, what can I do?

Email us, and we can run your next payment cycle earlier, so you can start scheduling more classes.

I want to buy a class package, but it is too expensive for me, can I do a payment plan?

Yes, please email us.

This is too expensive for me, do you offer scholarships?

Yes, please fill an adult application here and a youth application here.

Information for Parents

I can't see my child's account, what should I do?

Make sure log-in directly to your child's account to sign up for classes in order to view the child's schedule. Email us for assistance.

What should my child bring?

Comfortable clothes (no zippers/buttons/jewelry) and a water bottle (not glass), a mask, and proof of vaccination (if the class says vax only). Over the winter it gets cold, consider bringing warm layers that are comfortable to move in.

What is the pick up window?

Please arrive when class ends. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged $15 per every additional 10 minutes.

Can I bring my child to a different age group?

If your child is less than 6 months younger than the class' lower age limit, your child may take a single class and check in with the teacher after the class if it is a good fit to continue.

If your child is older, they can join class for younger students, as long as they are okay with doing the class with the younger children.

Our instructors have the final say in whether or not a kid is a good fit for a different age group.
